Eta Mariaren blog urtebetetzearekin jarraitzen dugu. Gaurko gaia Ctrl+C da eta egia esan denbora nahiko eman dut pentsatzen, ez nekien ze proiektu jarri...gauza asko kopiatzen ditut noski, inspiratzeko era da. Ehun eder bat ikusterakoan nire burmuinean gordetzen dut, beno orain Pinterest kar, kar, kar! edo patroi zoragarri bat ikusterakoan ere burmuineratzea gustatzen zait. Baina gaur Rosyren laguntzarekin josi nituen soinekoa eta berokia gogoratu nahi dizkizuet.

Y aqui seguimos de cumpleblog con La inglesita, el tema que nos ha planteado Maria hoy, es Ctrl+C, la verdad es que he estado pensando un montón y no sabía que poner... como es natural en mis costuras tengo muchas inspiraciones. Veo un estampado y lo guardo en la retina, o bueno ahora en Pinterest jejejej y lo mismo con un patrón o lo que sea. Pero hoy quería recuperar el vestido y el abrigo que hice con Rosy, una costurera genial y muy generosa.

And we follow with Maria´s blog anniversary, today´s topic is Ctrl + C. The truth is that I've been thinking a lot and I did not know what to publish ... naturally I have many inspirations. When I see a pattern I pin it on Pinterest or a cute pattern or whatever. But today I wanted to retrieve the dress and the coat I sewed with Rosy, a great and very generous seamstress.

Guzti honengatik, gaurkoan Maria eta Rosy bezalako jostunak omendu nahi ditut, beti daudelako prest blogosferari buelta eman eta zerbait berria aurkezteko. Musu handi bat neskak!!!!!

Por todo esto hoy mando un besazo a todas esas costureras como Maria y Rosy que siempre tienen ganas de aportar y revolucionar el mundo bloguero costuril. ¡¡¡¡Un besazo guapas!!!!!

Many things to tell you!!!

Lehenengo ta behin eskerrak eman nahi ditut, hori komentario zaparrada izan dudana!!!! Rosyren sewalongeko beroki fuksia osooooo arrakastatsua izan da eta zuen komentarioek asko poztu naute, itzelak zarete, musu handi bat guztiontzat!

First of all, thank you very much dear readers, you left me sweet comments!!!! The Rosy´s sewalong and my  fuchsia coat was a complete success and I had a big quantity of comments that made me happy, you  my dear follower, are great. A big kiss for all of you!

 

Zihurrenik irakurtzen dituzuen blogen artean norbaitek komentatuko zuen baina badaezpada nik berriro errepikatuko dut ;-) Google Reader uztailaren 1etik aurrera desagertu egingo da. Nik Bloglovin´ blog irakurtzailea aukeratu dut bere ordezkotzat, nire blog guztiak google readerretik problema barik pasatu ahal izan ditut, baina izarra zuten sarrerak ez dira pasatu, lan apurtxo bat eginez, banaka pasatu ditut. Bestalde eguneraketa nahiko mantsoa delakoan nago, google readerrekin konparatuz asko kostatzen zaie sarrera berriei pantailan azaltzea.

Maybe, you know about it, because many bloggers are written about google reader death, in case I want to repeat it again: google reader is going to dissappear on 1th of July. I have chosen Bloglovin´ like substitute. I have moved all my subscriptions from Google reader to Bloglovin´ easily, but all the post marked with a star has disappeared, so, I had to make this work one by one. One disadvantage that in my opinion has Bloglovin´ is the update, Google reader is more fast than Bloglovin´.

Beste gauza bat Amayari eskerrak eman nahi nizkion saria eman didalako, eskerrikasko Amaya! Azken aldian oso lanpetuta nabil eta ezin dut sariak exijitzen duen galdera guztiei erantzuna eman, parkatuko didazu ezta?

Another important thing that I had missed in my last post, is that Amaya gave me an award, thank you Amaya! Lately I´m soooo busy and I have no time to answer all the question in this award, will you forgive me Amaya?

Eta azkenik CarmencitaBk eta nik egindako ehun trukearen emaitza kontatu nahi dizuet, beharbada ez zarete gogoratu baina orain dela denbora bat ehun trukaketa egitea proposatu nuen eta Carmencita izan zen erantzun zuen lehenengo pertsona. Berak Madras ehun hau bidali zidan, pasada bat ezta? Oraindik ez dut erabaki zertarako erabiliko dudan...Berak ordea Naiiren ENE patroia erabili du, nire moduan! Zelako ilusioa nire jantzi bat norbaiti hainbeste gustatzea!!!! Hemen duzue bere bertsioa. Berak esan didan moduan orain "ENE hoodie bikotzak garela" kar, kar, kar...

And now, one of the most amazing things that have happened me lately :-) Do you remember my fabric exchange offer? CarmencitaB was the first reader who wrote me an e-mail asking for that fabric exchange. So I sent her my fabric and she sent me a super cute cotton madras (see the picture above). I have no chosen what I can do with it....But she had the record straight, she liked my ENE hoodie, the fabric and the pattern, so she has sewn her own version. She likes both my hoodie that she has done the same for her, can you imagine? It´s awesome!!!! In the picture below you can see her version, soooo cute! She told me that now "we are ENE's evil twins!" Ha, ha, ha...

Amaituta! Rosyk antolatu duen Sew-alongeko azkenengo erronka josi dut, beroki fuksia ederra. Beharbada ez duzue jakingo, baina New Girl telesaiean erabili duten beroki hau, Kate Spade diseinatzailearena da, 600 bat euro balio ditu!!!!!!

¡Terminado! El último reto del Sew-along de Rosy esta cosido, mi querido abrigo fucsia. Por si no lo sabéis este abrigo utilizado en la serie New Girl, es de la colección de Kate Spade y cuesta nada más y nada menos que unos 600euros!!!!!!

Finished! Rosy´s sewalong last challenge is sewn, my cute fuchsia coat. In case you do not know this coat used in the TV serie New Girl, is from the Kate Spade collection and more or less it costs 600 euros!!

Erronka espeziala izan da hasiera batetik, ehuna Arrasateko denda batean aurkitu nuenetik. Apalategiko ehun fuksia ikusi eta segituan erosi nuen, orduan Rosyri komentatu nionean berarekin ehun trukaketa egitea pentsatu nuen (hemen). Hori dela eta beroki hau jazten dudan bakoitzean Rosy izango dut gogoan, nire TOP 5ean izango da betirako.

Hasieran erronka gogorra egin zitzaidan, gogorra eta motela. Muslinari egin beharreko aldaketak eta mahukek asper egina neukaten! Pare bat astez, lana guztiz geratuta izan nuen, guztiz gogaituta nengoen, azkenean di-da! ehuna ebaki eta berriz ere martxan jarri nintzen. Sekretutxo bat kontatuko dizuet... zamaren probarik ez nuen egin...badakit, desastre hutsa naiz! Gogaituegi nengoen eta ezin nuen denbora gehiago pasatu muslinari aldaketak egiten, zirt ala zart egin beharra neukan.

Artile fuksiaren piezak mahai ganean izanda, gauzak asko aldatu ziren, lasaitu eta Rosyren azalpenekin disfrutatzen hasi nintzen eta gauza piloa ikasi nituen, sakelak tapetarekin, botoizuloak, forroa jarri, patroia eta muslina nola aldatu...pasada bat! Rosy harrigarria zara!!!! Zure ikaslea izatea gustatuko litzaidake.

Este reto ha sido muy especial desde el principio, encontré lana fucsia en una tienda de Mondragon a la que suelo ir y la compré sin dudarlo. Se lo comenté a Rosy y al final acordamos hacer un cambio de telas (aqui). Es por ello que este abrigo estará siempre en mi TOP 5 de prendas más queridas y siempre me acordaré de Rosy cuando me ponga el abrigo.

La verdad es que, sobre todo el principio, fue duro y largo. Las modificaciones del muslin y las mangas ¡me tenían frita! El abrigo estuvo parado un par de semanas, hasta que al final me tiré a la piscina y decidí cortar la tela. ¿Os cuento un secreto? No hice prueba del cuello...si soy un poco desastre! La cuestión era que estaba agobiada y necesitaba un poco de acción, así que empecé a cortar el abrigo.

Cuando ya tenía las piezas verdaderas sobre la mesa, la cosa cambio, me tranquilicé y disfruté de las explicaciones de Rosy y aprendí un montón de cosas, bolsillos con tapeta, ojales, poner el forro, modificar patrones y muslin.... una pasada! Rosy eres la leche!!!! Como me gustaría asistir a un workshop impartido por ti.

This challenge has been special from the beginning, I found a pink wool in a shop in Mondragon, which usually I go, and I bought it without hesitation. I mentioned it to Rosy and finally we made a fabric exchange (here). That's why this coat will always be in my top 5 most beloved garments and it will always remember me Rosy when I will wear.

The truth is that, especially in the beginning, it was hard and long. To change the muslin and sleeves, was tired! I forgot the coat a couple of weeks, until I finally took the plunge and decided to cut the fabric. Do you want to know a secret? I didn´t test the neck ... yes, I'm a small disaster! The issue was that I was overwhelmed and needed some action, so I started to cut the coat pieces in the main fabric.

When I had real pieces on the table, things changed, I relaxed and enjoyed Rosy´s explanations and I have learned a lot of things, pockets with flap, buttonholes, to sew lining, to change the muslin and the pattern.... so cool! Rosy, you are awesome!! I want to be your student.

Nire berokia New Girlen berokia baino luzeagoa da, azpitik eramango nituen jantziak guztiz tapatu edo behintzat zati handi batean tapatu zitezen nahi nuen eta.

Mi abrigo es un poco más largo que el de New Girl, quería que mis vestidos estuvieran tapados o por lo menos casi tapados.

My coat is longer than New Girl´s coat, but I want this measure to wear it over dresses with this measure.

Botoiak vintageak dira, baina vintage totalak! Nire izeko Maribik gailetak kaxa batean gordeak zituen, batek daki noiztik, ikutu ederra ematen diote berokiari. Hain vintageak dira, lau baino ez zituela tamainu berberekoak, hori dela eta atzeko tapetako bi botoiak txikiagoak dira.

Los botones son vintage total, porque los tenía mi tia Maribi guardados de vete a saber cuando, me encantan, le dan un toque muy chulo. Tan vintage eran, que solo tenía cuatro botones de ese tamaño, así que la tapeta de atrás lleva los mismos botones de otro tamaño.

The buttons are total vintage, a treasure I found in a box from my aunt Maribi, they give a cute touch to my fuchsia coat. I have only found four buttons with the same measure, so the back tape´s buttons are smaller than front buttons.

Forroa oso polita da, ezta? Rosyren opari bat da :-) ze atsegina zaren Rosy, ehun fuksiarekin ederto konbinatzen du.

Mirar que forro, es espectacular ¿verdad? Me lo regaló Rosy :-) eres un encanto Rosy, me pega super bien con la lana fucsia.

The lining fabric is spectacular, isn´t it? Rosy gave it to me :-) Rosy, you are very sweet, it combines well with the fuchsia wool.

Beroki hau maite dut, berokia botoien faltan zegoenean jantzi eta ispilu aurrera joan nintzen, flipatu egin nuen...nire buruari behin da berriz begiratu eta honela nioen "ai ai ai ai ai ai" satisfakzio sentzazioa neukan, ezin nuen sinestu!

Berokia estrenaitzeko look informala hautatu dut, lanera joateko egokia. Berokiak ikutu elegantea dauka eta nire blogaren jarraitzaileak bazarete, erropa eleganteak eta informalak nahastea oso gustoko dudala jakingo duzue. Esan beharra daukat, kaletik paseoan ibili naizen bitartean, batek baino gehiagok goitik behera begiratu nauela eta ni harro-harro, nik jositako berokia fuksia ederrarekin :-)

Me encanta el abrigo, tengo que decir que cuando lo terminé y solo me faltaban los botones, me lo probé y me miré en el espejo, flipando...estuve un rato mirándome y diciendo "ai ai ai ai ai ai" tenía una sensación de satisfacción, ¡no me lo podía creer!

Para estrenar el abrigo he optado por un look informal, perfecto para ir al trabajo. Es indudable que este abrigo tiene un toque elegante, y si sois seguidoras de mi blog ya conocereis mi afición por mezclar prendas elegantes con prendas mas casual. Tengo que contaros que mientras paseaba por la calle más de una y uno me han mirado de arriba a abajo, y yo super orgullosa con mi precioso abrigo fucsia :-)

I love my new coat, when I had finished the coat I went to the front of a mirro and I was a couple of minute looking at me and saying "ai ai ai ai ai ai" I had a sense of satisfaction, I couldn´t believe it!

To wear for the first time the coat I have opted for a casual look, perfect for work. Undoubtedly, this coat has an elegant touch, and if you are a follower of my blog, you know that I love mixing classic pieces with more casual clothes. I have to tell you that while I was walking down the street more than one have looked up and down to me and my coat, and I was soooo proud of me, wearing my beautiful fuchsia coat :-)

New Girl sewalong: the fuchsia coat in progress...

 

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!! Zer iruditzen zaizue???? Konturatuko zineten bezala ni oso pozik nago :-) Nire fuksia koloreko berokia aurrerantza doa! New Girl sewalongeko hurrengo pieza! (New Girleko beste jantzia bat, hemen) Gauzaren batzuk erdi purdi geratu zaizkit, baina zenbat gauza ikasi ditudan! Sakelak tapetarekin egiten, ojala eder horiek egiten eta gauzak tentuz eta astiro astiro egiten saiatu naiz, azkenengo hau gauzarik zailena izan da...kar, kar, kar!

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!! What do you think???? It seems that I am very happy :-) My fuchsia coat is going ahead! (more New girl sew along garments, here) A couple of steps were well others were worse, but apart of that, I´m learning a lot of sewing tricks! They are my very first pockets in that way, I´m so impressed with the amazing buttonholes, and I have tried to sew all the things slow and with calm...the last thing was the most difficult....ha, ha, ha!

Aurreko piezaren barrukaldeko pieza egin barik daukadan arren (Rosyren sarrera hontan azaltzen dena), ehuna ez zaidala helduko konturatu naiz, nire berokia Rosyk proposatzen zuena baino luzeago egitea pentsatu nuen eta orain ez zait heltzen...snif, snif. Baina beno, pieza jarrai bat izan beharrean behekaldean falta zaion neurriko piezatxoa josiko diot eta punto! Berokia zabaltzerakoan zerbait igarriko da, baina beno ez da hainbesterako!

Ze pozik nagoen! Berokiaren itxura somatu dezaket!!!! Rosy, irakasle bikaina zara.

I have an important problem with the fabric, I haven´t cut yet the front piece facing (see Rosy´s tutorial about that step), but I know that there isn´t enough fabric. I designed a coat slightly longer, than the Rosy´s coat, and now my fabric is too short...snif, snif. But I think that I can cut two rectangles and it will be sewn in the facing to give the necessary lenght. Maybe someone will notice my fault when I will open the coat but it isn´t a great problem, is it?

I´m so happy! I can see my coat over me!!!! Rosy, you are an amazing teacher.

Fuchsia coat: the muslin

Beno ba Rosyren tutorialaren laguntzaz fuksia berokiaren patroia egin eta muslina josi dut. Patroia egitea nahiko erraza iruditu zait, hasiera batean gure neurriekin egindako patroia (hemen) eraldatzea harrigarria izan da.

So I followed Rosy´s tutorial to make the fuchsia coat´s pattern and its muslin. The truth is that it was pretty easy to draft the new pattern, and finally we have the coat pattern, transforming the pattern we obtained with our measures (here).

Muslinari Rosyk esan zuen bezala (hemen) sorbalda ganekoak jarri dizkiot eta botoien lerroa non dagoen jakiteko marra gorria margotu dut ehunaren gainean.

Like Rosy told us(here), I wore pads on the shoulders and I drew a red line on the muslin for simulating the buttonholes.

Berokiaren muslinaren azpitik nire Robe Sureaua daukat. Josten ditudan jantziek beti antzerako neurria daukate, hori dela eta nire berokia neurri horretakoa izatea nahi dut, belaunen gainetik zentimetro gutxitara geratzea.

Below the muslin I am wearing my Robe Sureau. Normally all the skirts and dresses that I have sewed, have the same lenght, a couple of centimetres above the knee. So I think that my coat might have this lenght and in this way my dresses will be cover.

Bestalde jertsea jantzi nuen muslinaren azpitik, Euskal Herrian egiten duen freskotxoarekin askotan jazten baiditut jertseak berokien azpitik. Jertsearekin mahuken zuloa estu geratzen zait eta handitu egin beharko dut. Bestela tamainuz ondo geratzen zait eta pintzak bularrerarte ailegatzen zaizkit. Muslinak ez du fuksia berokiaren kanpai itxura hartu, baina nik uste dagokion ehuna erabiltzen dugunean efektu hori agertuko dela.

Moreover, I am wearing a sweater, because in the Basque Country the winter is cold and I usually wear sweaters under the coat. When I am wearing the sweater, the armhole is too narrow, so I have to enlarge it. This is the only downside of my muslin, because the size is ok and my darts are placed well. The fuchsia coat has a bell shape that we can´t appreciate yet in the muslin, but Rosy told us that this is normal, so don´t worry be happy!

Mahuken zuloei buelta osoan ebakiko zeniekeen pare bat zentimetro? Ala behekaldean bakarrik?

Have I to cut a couple centimeters in all the armhole? Or only on the bottom?

Testing a pattern and a sew-along!

Zer moduz doa astea neska mutilak? Joste proiekturen bat mahai ganean? Nik makina bat ditut ;-)

Orain dela pare bat aste nire marrazkiekin zer egin behar nuen komentatu nizuen, sarrera hori gogoratzen duzue? Burda challengerako alkandora amaitua dut (hemen sarrera) eta gero berokia eta prakak zeuden. Berokia Rosyk antolatutako sew-alongekoa da eta astelehenean hasi zen patroia eraldatzen. Hori dela eta animatu eta parte hartu asko ikastetik aparte, zuek jositako beroki eder bat izango duzue eta.

A couple of weeks ago I presented you my "mini-maiders" and my future projects, do you remember that post? In fact, the blouse I wanted to sew for the Burda challenge, is finished (here). The fuchsia coat is the next garment in my list and in the sew-along hosted by Rosy. Rosy started on monday,  she is transforming the pattern to create the coat. Do not hesitate! You have to participate, we are learning many things and we will have an amazing fucshia coat in our closet.

Prakak imaginatuko duzuen bezalaxe alde batera utzi ditut beste behin eta gauza desberdin batekin nago. Naiiren patroi bat testeatzeko aukera daukat!!! Bai aukeratuen artean nago eta bere patroia probatuko dut. Eskerrikasko konfidantzagatik Naii!!!! Probatzen nagoen patroia ENE SUDADERA da. Patroia bat probatzen dudan lehen aldia denez, gauzak lasai eta tentuz egiten ari naiz, argibideak irakurri eta zerbait ez badut ondo ulertzen paper batean apuntatzen. Ahal dudan guztia lagundu nahi baidiot Naiiri ;-)

What you're imagining, I will confirm ... the pants I have left behind in my list, I'm sewing something else. Naii has chosen me to test one of their patterns before launching it!!! I am one of the nominees and I am sewing her pattern. Thanks for the confidence Naii!!!! The pattern, that I´m testing is the "ENE HOODIE". It´s the first time I have tested a pattern, so I´m doing all the steps carefully and calm to find errors or things like that. All because I want to help Naii, all I can ;-)

ENE patroia oso gustoko dut, gorputzera ondo egokitzen da eta jazteko erosoa da. Sudaderak bi bertsio dauzka, aurrekaldea zabalik duena (umeei titia ematen dien emakumeentzako pentsatua) eta aurrekaldea itxia daukana eta noski umeentzako bertsioa ere badago. Nik itxita dagoena aukeratu dut. Sudadera egiteko ehun diferentea aukeratu dut, sudadera ehuna izan beharrean polarra esaten zaiona erabiliko dut. Grazia egin zidan kuadrodun ehuna izatea, ikutu serioa duen jantzi dibertigarria! Nahastea ona zela iruditu zitzaidan. Barneko piezentzako motadun ehun zuri beltza aukeratu dut.

I like the ENE pattern, it fits well and it looks comfy and cute. This hoodie has two versions, one is with an opened front (designed for moms who are nursing period) and the other version has a closed front. Besides ENE has a version for children. I´m sewing the closed version for ladies :-)  To sew this special project I chose a special fabric, instead of a common sweatshirt fabric, I bought a fabric called "polar" in spanish, very warm and foamy. The fabric is a black and white plaid and this made me smile, a serious fabric in a funny garment! I thought that it would be a perfect mix. For the linning I cut a black and white polka dots fabric, I had in my stash.

Beno ba ni ooooosooooo lanpetuta nago, baina zuek josteko denbora baduzue gauza oso interesgarriak dituzue blogosferan, aukera batzuk emango dizkizuet:

- Lolita Patterns patroi etxe berria argitaratu dute aste hontan. Dohaineko patroia atera dute "Fuchsia gona" eta otsailaren 11n sew-along bat hasiko dute.

- Julia Bobbinek Mad Men telesaieko bigarren sew-alonga antolatu du. Jantzi ederrak egin zituzten antolatutako lehenengo erronkan.

- Megan Nielsen patroi etxetik beraien Briar kamisetaren sew-alonga egiten ari dira.

- Soniak eta Mariak beste lehiaketa bat antolatu dute "11 proiektu 2013rako". Hilabete bakoitzean proiektu desberdin bat egiteko aukera daukazue.

Well, I am veeeeeery busy, but if you have time to sew stuff, I will find for you more interesting sew-along and challenges in the blogosphere. I can´t participate in all the challenges but maybe you can:

- Lolita Patterns is a new indie patterns company with a new and free skirt pattern. They are going to host a sew-along with their "Fuchsia skirt" on 11th of february.
- Julia Bobbin is hosting the Mad Men Dress Challenge 2. In the first challenge they had sewed amazing garments.
- Megan Nielsen is hosting the Briar sew-along.
- Sonia and Maria have created the "11 projects for the 2013". Each month, you have to sew something different about a given topic.

Pasadan asteko helburu guztien ostean ez nintzen ausartzen ezer egitera marrazkia egin aurretik... astebetean egin beharrak alde batera uztea benetan lotsagarria izango zelako :-) Hori dela eta buruan ditudan proiektuak marraztu ditut "mini-maider" honen laguntzaz. Ez zaitezte gogorregiak izan mesedez...kar, kar, kar! Ez da hain gaizki irten ezta?

Last week, I wrote about my new year´s resolutions , if you remember I have to draw my sewing project, before starting...I was a little embarrassed to start something without drawing, so with the help of my "mini-maider", I hope all my projects will be better. Please not judge too harshly my dolls....ha, ha, ha! They aren´t very uglies, aren´t they?

Lehenengo egin nahi dudana Burdako modelo hau da. La Inglesitari zor diodan proiektua da...ez badut josten ezin dut otsaileko Burda erosi. Hori bai aurreratuko dizuet pasadan astean begirada bat eman niola ta bueno... patroi batzuk aldaketa txiki batekin errepikatu dituztelakoan nago. Baina beno harira! Zer iruditzen zaizue?

The first project is going to be, this Burda´s model. I have to sew this tunic for the challenge of La Inglesita, because otherwise I can not buy next month Burda. Do you like this pattern and my doll?¿?¿?

 Ehun zoragarri bat erabiliko dut patroi hau egiteko, pasadan urtetik gordeta nuen brodatutako ehuna. Nahiko zabal geratzen den patroia da, hori dela eta praka estuekin jantziko dudalakoan nago. Bestalde proiektu hau interesgarriagoa izan dadin erronka batzuk gehitu dizkiot, inoiz egin ez ditudan joste lanak. Alde batetik botoiak ehun berdinaren zintatxo batekin lotuko ditut eta bestalde kanesua eskuz josiko dut brodatzearen antzeko teknika bat erabiliz, hau aurrerako azalduko dizuet.

I chose a gorgeous fabric to sew this tunic, it was in my stash since last spring. It´s a beatiful cotton satin embroidered and perforated in brown and purple colour. The pattern fits  loose, so I will wear it with skinny pants. To make more interesting the project, I have two  challenges in this project: a button loop in the back pieces and a fagoted seam on the yoke. The fagoted seam is like a embroidery seam, I will tell you more about that in following posts.

Hurrengoa Rosyren Sew-alongean egingo dugun hurrengo proiektua da: fuksia koloreko berokia.

The next project is going to be the garment, we are going to sew in the sew-along hosted by Rosy: the fucshia coat.

Kolore izugarri polita eta distiratsua daukan artilezko ehuna erosi dut proiektu honetarako. Gainera ehun honek istorio polita dauka bere atzean :-) Rosyk ez zuenez kolore hortako ehuna aurkitzen ba truke bat egin genuen, nik fuksia kolorekoa erosiko nion eta berak gorri kolorekoa. Euskal Herria eta Kanariar Irlak ehunaren bidez eta korreoz batu ditugu!!! Ze ederra den joste komunitatea!!! Pertsona bikainak ezagutzeko aukera izaten duzu. Rosyk ere bere istoriaren zatia blogean idatzi du (hemen sarrera).

Eta hemen dago Rosyk bidali didan ehuna, gorri koloreko artilea.

This fucshia wool has an awesome colour, super bright. Also it has a cute story behind its :-) Rosy couldn´t find a wool with this colour so I bought her the wool and we made a barter, I have sent her a package with the fucshia wool and she has sent me another package with a red wool. We have connected the Basque Country and the Canary Islands with our fabrics!!! How nice is our sewing community!!! You can find special people here. Rosy wrote a post about our barter.

Eta paketea zabaltzerakoan izan dudan sorpresa!!! Rosyk beste ehun bat bidali dit oparitan!! Eskerrikasko Rosy!! Berak ehun gorriarentzako forro bezala erabiltzeko bidali didala zioen, baina nik fuksia koloreko berokirako erabiliko dut, beroki horri ikutu erromantikoa emango diolakoan nago, kutsu "victorianoa" esango nuke. Ai ama beroki hau hasteko irrikitan nago!

And when I was opening the package, surprise!!! Rosy has sent another piece of fabric!! Than you Rosy!! She told me that I can use the fabric like lining for the red coat, but in my opinion it will be great for the fucshia coat. It gives a romantic touch to the coat, could be a "victorian" touch. I´m looking forward to starting the sew along!

Eta azkenengo proiektua Coletterieko patroi bat da: Juniper prakak. Praka hauek josteko materialak erosiak ditut, baina ez dakit noiz hasiko naizen...egia zen gabonak eta gero 2013ko lehenengo proiektua izango zela pentsatu nuen, baina azkenean beste bi horiek jarri zaizkio aurretik. Ia martxo aldean josten dudan, gehien bat erosi dudan ehuna negurako aproposa baita! 

And the third project in my list is: Coletterie´s Juniper trousers. I bought all the material on december, but I don´t know when I´m going to begin....I thought that it´s going to be my first 2013´s project but finally it isn´t possible. I hope, it will be finished for March because I bought a winter fabric to sew them.

Praka hauek hanka zabalekoak dira, hori dela eta takoiekin hobeto joango zirelakoan nago. Aparte jaka estuekin ederto konbinatuko dute! Erronkarik handiena aurrekaldeko pieza jostea izango da.

These trousers have a wide leg so I would wear them with heeled shoes and a waist -fitted jacket. The main challenge to sew this pattern is the fly front.

Belaino artean / In the fog

Eskerrikasko Rosy!!!!!!!!!!!! Bai hau da Rosyren Sew-alongeko jantzia. Eta zer da hori? Galdetzen didazue, bada Rosyren laguntzarekin "New girl" telesaieko protagonistaren erropak josten ari gara (sarrera hontan azaldu nizuen erronka honen nondik norakoak). Gabon zahar egunerako amaitu nuen eta egia esan ikusi nindutenak oso harrituta geratu ziren, asko gustatu zitzaien jantzia eta artista itzela naizela esan zidaten, ze harro nagoen! Kar, kar, kar...

Rosy jostun abila izatetik aparte irakasle bikaina da, josi dudan jantzi hori patroi gabe egin dut edo hobeto esanda patroia nik sortu dut! Gure gorputzaren neurriak hartuta, nola egin behar den azaldu zigun Rosyk.

Thank you very much Rosy!!!!!!!!!!! Yes I did, last week I finished Rosy´s sew-along dress. And what is that? you are asking me,  I explained you (in this post) that Rosy is going to sew all the New Girl´s costumes. I was wearing this dress on New Year´s Eve and all my family and friends told me that it´s an amazing dress very well done, I was soooo proud of me! Ha, ha, ha....

Rosy is an spectacular seamstress but also she is an incredible teacher, because this dress is made without pattern, we drafted our own pattern! Rosy explained us how to take our body´s measures and then how to draw the pattern.

Ehuna ebaki nuenean ez nuen Rosyk azaldu zuen eran egin, nik kremallera albo batean jarri nuelako. Gorputzeko pieza ebakitzerakoan, ez nuen hainbesteko joste tartea utzi behar, ehunaren lodiera dela eta gorputzaren pieza handiegia geratu da eta bularreko pintzak bata bestetik hurrunegi geratu dira, baina beno inor ez da konturatu ere egiten...jostun begi azkarrak baino ez!

When I cut the fabric, I didn´t continue Rosy´s explanations because I sewed my zipper underarm. Now I know that this kind of fabric, mine is soooo thick, you have to cut carefully because my front and back piece were too big and the bust´s darts were far from each other, but nobody told me something about that...only a well-trained eye of a seamstress would notice!

Aldaketaren batzuk egin dizkiot telesaieko jantziari, mahukak luzeagoak egin dizkiot eta gona guztiz aldatu dut. Rosyk ederto azaldu zuen gona nola josi, baina nik erositako ehuna horrela josteko lodiegia zela iruditu zitzaidan hori dela eta gona zirkularra egitea pentsatu nuen. Nire bizitzan josi dudan era honetako lehenengo gona izan da, neurriak eta nola ebaki jakiteko Fickle Senseko tutoriala erabili nuen, pasada bat da, oso ondo azaltzen dute! Horrelako gonak gehiagotan josiko ditudalakoan nago. Ez dakit konturatu zareten baina ehuna ebakitzerakoan akats bat egin nuen eta ehunaren norantza ez dago guztiz ondo...baina beno hau ere jostun abilek baino ez dute kontutan hartuko.


I made alterations to the TV serie´s costume, my sleeves are longer and my skirt is completely different. Rosy sewed a folded skirt, but for my thick fabric I thought that it would be great a circle skirt. I had never sewed a circle skirt before, so I read a tutorial from Flickle Sense, it´s super well done and it has many pictures. I think that I´m going to sew more skirts like that, I love it! I don´t know, if you noticed, but I had a fault with the grainline while I was cutting the skirt....but this is other thing that only a well-trained eye of a seamstress would notice!

Gona zirkularra egitea erabaki zuzena izan da, pilo bat gustatu zait ehunak egiten duen efektua, 60. hamarkadako jantzia dirudi orain! Piramide forma duelarik geldi-geldi geratzen da.

Make a circle skirt has been the correct way, because now I love the fabric´s effect, it´s like a 60´s dress! Because of the skirt´s material is stiff, it has a pyramidal form.

Euskal Herrian egunotan, freskotxo egiten ari dela esango nuke eta ia goizero belainoa izaten dugu gure bailaretan. Gaua disdiratsua eta goiza belaino artean, baina egia esan gustoko dut ;-) ez dakit zer daukan belainoak baina hain misteriotsua da erakarri egiten nauela! Hori dela eta belaino artean atera ditugu argazkiak, zuhaitz biluzien inguruan eta orbelaren gainean... a ze poetikoa!

This week was cold in the Basque Country and every morning we had fog in our valleys. A starry night leaves at the morning, a forest full of fog, but the truth is that I like the fog ;-) I don´t know why, but it´s so misterious that it attracts me! So I wanted taking pics in the fog, next to the naked trees and above the leafs...it is very poetic!

Beno ba sarrera hau amaitu baino lehenago berriz ere eskerrak eman nahi dizkiot Rosyri. Benetan Rosy pila bat ikasi dut eta asko disfrutatu dut eta orain nire patroia nire gorputzaren neurriei egokitua daukat, edozein gauza josteko kapaza sentitzen naiz!!! Konfidantza piloa eman dit jantzi honek, eskerrikasko benetan! Eta eskerrikasko nire argazkilari maiteari, artista bat zara!

Before finishing the post, I want to thank Rosy again. I learned many things with you Rosy and I enjoyed very much and now I have a pattern self-drafted with my measures, I feel like I can do anything!!! You have given me a lot of confidence, thank you again! And thank you to my talented photographer, you are an artist!

What was in my sewing table? and now?

Azken aldian alkandora piloa josi ditut. Joste tailerrean alkandora bat josi behar genuen eta hori dela eta aukera desberdinak testeatzen ibili nintzen. Gaurkoan Grainline Studio patroi etxearen Scout Woven Teeari egin dizkiodan hiru bertsioak erakutsiko dizkizuet.

Hurrengo asteko tutorialean alkandora sinple bat nola josi behar den azalduko dut eta horretako Burdan izaten diren patroien arteko bat edo nik aukeratu dudan Grainlinekoa erabili dezakezue. Patroi sinple horrek, aurre eta atzea izatetik aparte mahukak izan behar ditu.

Nik aukeratu dudan patroia josteko erreza eta arina izatetik aparte oso bersatila da, egin daitezkeen bertsioak amaitezinak dira. Hemen daude nik jositako Scout Woven Tee guztiak:

In the last month, I  have sewed many T-shirts. It´s a versatil garment that you can wear every day, so I love sewing T-shirts. Today, I want to show you my three Scout Woven Tee from Grainline studio.

The next week, I´m going to write a tutorial about all the steps to sew a T-shirt, so a pattern like that, or something you find in Burda, can be perfect to continue the tutorial. You only need a simple tee pattern with the front and back pieces and sleeve piece.

The pattern I chose is versatil, a quick and easy project with endless posibilities. These are my Scout Woven Tees:

Lehenengoa bertsioa, patroia aldatu gabe egin dut, ez dut aldaketarik egin.

My first option hasn´t alterations. I have sewed it, cutting the pieces like in the pattern.

Bigarren bertsioan, bies zinta kanpoaldean jarri diot eta zamaldean scallopsak (nola euskeratu daiteke hau?) josi dizkiot.

In my second version, the bias binding is exposed and I have sewed three scallops around the neckline.

Hirugarren bertsioa asko aldatu dut. Zamaldea igo eta mahukak luzatu eta atzekaldean lazada bat jarri dut. Modelo honekin egingo dut tutoriala hurrengo astean hori dela eta, aldaketa guztiak lasaiago aurkeztuko ditut bertan.

Nire Scout Woven Teeak gustoko dituzue? Nire piloa gustatzen zaizkit! Patroi hau aldaketak egiteko eta irudimena erabiltzeko perfektua da.

My third version is the most different from the initial. First, I changed the lengh of the neckline and the sleeves. And in the back I cut a small detail and sewed a loop with the bias binding. I´m going to write the tutorial while I´m sewing this version, so next week I will show you better all the alterations.

Bestalde Rosyren sew alongean partehartzen nabil. Rosy irakasle bikaina da, pratroia nola sortu azaltzen dabil eta piloa ikasten dut berarekin. Dagoeneko patroiaren aurre eta atzea nola marrazten den azaldu digu eta nik, ehuna erosita daukat. Apur bat elastikoa den ehun lodia da. Ez diot forrorik josiko, ze ondo, lan gutxiago!

Moreover, I´m participating in the "New Girl sew-along" hosted by Rosy. Rosy is an espectacular teacher and I´m learning many things with her. We traced our own pattern, and I made the front and the back. I bought my fabric and I chose a thick jersey knit. I´m not going to sew lining, my fabric is so thick! Better, in this way it´s going to be easier!
