Jade skirt by Paprika Patterns

Oharra: Proiektu hau pasadan udatik josia eta prestatuta neukan, baina patroia noiz argitaratuko zuten itxaroten nengoen eta gero ni haurdunaldia etorri zen eta badakizu horrelako momentutan zer pasatzen den... Patroia Paprika Patternsena da eta iadanik hiru patroi dituzte, bertatik pasatu merezi du eta.

Nota: Tenía este proyecto cosido y preparado desde el verano pasado a la espera del lanzamiento del patrón, pero luego llegó mi embarazo y se quedo en la nevera durante meses... Para cuando se está publicando esta entrada Paprika Patterns ya ha diseñado otros dos patrones, pasaros por su tienda.

Zer iruditzen zaizue gona hau? Ederra ezta? Lisaren proiektu berria da Paprika Patternsen lehenengo patroia Jade gona hain zuzen ere eta nik patroia probatzeko ohorea izan dut, eskerrikasko Lisa!

¿Qué os parece esta falda? Bonita verdad???? Es el último proyecto de Lisa, el primer patrón de Paprika patterns, la falda Jade, y yo he tenido el privilegio de ser una de las testadoras, ¡muchas gracias Lisa!

Hasieratik, denim elastiko hau perfektua izango zela Lisaren patroia probatzeko argi izan nuen (praka labur hauetan ere erabili nuen). Udarako beroegia geratu zait baina udazkenean asko aprobetxatuko dudala uste dut :-) Denim honen elastikotasuna mugatua dela esango nuke eta horrek buruhausteren bat eman zidan. Neurri handienean ebaki arren aldaketaren bat egin behar izan diot, gona aldaketan sar zedin. Gonak derrepentean explotatuko duen itxura dauka, baina puntu sexia ematen dio horrek :-P

Desde el principio me di cuenta que este denim elástico que tenía guardado era la mejor tela para el patrón de Lisa (con lo que me sobro cosí los shorts). Al final ha quedado demasiado calentita para el verano, pero en otoño la utilizaré mogollón :-) La elasticidad de mi denim era bastante reducida y eso me dio algún quebradero de cabeza, porque este patrón es para telas con mucha elasticidad. Aunque corte la talla más grande, tuve que hacerle algún retoque para que me entrará perfecta. La falda tiene ese toque sexy de las minifaldas que parece que van a explotar de un momento a otro :-P

From the beginning I realized that this elastic denim that I had saved was the best fabric for the pattern of Lisa (with the leftover fabric, I sewed these shorts). At the end, the fabric turned out too warm for summer, but in autumn I´ll wear many times :-) my denim´s elasticity was quite low and it gave me a headache, because this pattern is for using with very elastic fabrics. Although I cut the larger size, I had to make some retouching to enter in it. The skirt has a sexy touch, it seems that it will explode at any moment :-P

Jade gona bi tamainutan dator, minia eta luzea, nik luzea egin dut eta oraindik eta luzeago itxi dut aurrekaldea, ez naiz patroira fidela izan (parkamenak eskatzen dizkiot Lisari) eta behekaldeko forma ez da patroiean geratzen den bezala geratu, baina nik gustoko dut! Aurrekaldean, gona hain desberdina egiten duen itxura dauka, tolesduraz beterikoa.

La falda Jade viene en dos tamaños, mini falda y largo hasta las rodilla. Yo he cosido la larga y además no he sido muy fiel al patrón y he alargado un poco más la falda (pido perdón a Lisa desde aqui), la forma de abajo no es como la marca el patrón, pero ha quedado bastante bien! La parte delantera es lo mejor de la falda, con esos pliegues tan chulos, me encanta.

Jade skirt comes in two lenghts, mini and mid-thigh. I have sewn the long and well I have not been very faithful to the pattern and I had lengthened a little more the skirt (I apologize to Lisa for that), the hemline is not like the pattern, but it turns out pretty good! The front is the best of the skirt, with all the folds is so cool, I love it.

Atzekaldean kremallera jarri diot, patroiak aukera hori ematen du. Efektua pilo bat gustatu zait, bakeroak eramaten duten kremallera da eta oso ondo geratzen zaio ehunari. Eta gainera gonan sartu nahi banuen beharrezkoa zen kremallera! Ai ama....gabonak izango baziren turroia joko nuen erruduntzat! Kar, kar, kar!

Eskerrikasko Lisa zure proiektuan parte hartzeko aukera emateagatik!!!!

En la parte de atrás le he puesto cremallera, esta es una opción del patrón. Me gusta un montón el efecto de mi cremallera dorada, le pega un montón al denim. Aparte de decorativa la cremallera era necesaria, porque sino mi cuerpo serrano no entraba en la falda! Madre mía... si fuera invierno diría que son los turrones! Ja, ja, ja!

On the back I put an exposed zip, the pattern has this option. I like a lot the effect of my golden zipper. Besides it isn´t only a decorative zipper, it was necessary because otherwise my body would not go into the skirt! My goodness ... if  it would be winter, I could say "it is because of the Christmas sweets!" Ha ha ha!

De aventuras con Charo y su Willy

Gure Charo maitea artista totala da! Berak jositako poltsoak ederrak eta oso ondo amaituak egoten dira. Eta nik hau ondo dakit, bere jositako poltsoa baidaukat etxean :-) Gainera orain Etsyn daukan dendan, beraren diseinuak saltzen ditu, bertatik pasatu zaitezkete.

¡Nuestra querida Charo es una artista total! Sus bolsos son preciosos y los cose de maravilla. Yo lo digo con conocimiento de causa, porque tengo en mi poder una de sus creaciones cosida por ella misma :-) Además ahora se ha lanzado ha crear sus propios diseños y vender los patrones, echar un ojo a su tienda en Etsy.

Our dear Charo is a complete artist! Her bags are beautiful and she sews them beautifully. I have in my possession one of her creations and I know what I´m saying :-) addition she has now launched her Etsy store to sell her own designs with patterns and tutorials.

Bere patroi berriaren, Willy fog poltsoa, testerra izatea proposatu zidanean, baiezkoa eman nion pentsatu gabe. Banekien diseinua gustoko izango nuela eta gainera asko ikasiko nuela. Azken aldian bizitzak nahiko okupatua izan nau, eta josteko astirik gabe egon naiz, hori dela eta testerren lehenengo egunera ez nintzen ailegatu (begiratu zer nolako gauzak josi zituzten).

Cuando Charo me propuso ser una de sus testers para su nuevo patrón, el bolso Willy Fog, le dije que si sin pensarlo. Sabía que me encantaría y que por el camino aprendería mucho. La vida ultimamente no me deja mucho tiempo para coser, así que no llegue a la primera tanda de testers (mirar que preciosidades cosieron).

When Charo asked me to be one of the testers for his new bag pattern, the Willy Fog bag, I told yes instantly. I knew I would love the design and learn a lot along with the experience. Life lately not leave me much time to sew, so I couldn´t finish my bag with the others testers (you have to look all that cute bags).

Poltso bat jostea, artisautza lan ikaragarria da, jazteko zerbait jostea oso desberdina da. Ez dakit...niri zaila egiten zait, gehiago entrenatu behar dudala uste dut, eta Charorengandik ikasi! Nire Willya tamainu handikoa da eta nire gustokoa izan zedin aldaketa batzuk egin dizkiot.

Coser bolsos es un arte, no es como coser una prenda. No sé...a mi me resulta más difícil, no le he cogido el tranquillo, ¡tengo que aprender de la maestra! Mi Willy es el de tamaño grande y le he cosido algunas cosas diferentes para que se adapte a mi gusto.

Sew bags is an art, it's not like sewing a garment. I don´t know ... to me it is more difficult, I have to learn from Charo! My Willy has the large size and I made some alterations in the design.

 Adibidez, neure heldulekuak goitik beherakoak dira eta alde batean kremalleraz ixten den, poltsikoa josi diot, autobuseko bonoa eramateko oso erabilgarria dena ;-) Kremallerak amaitzen diren lekuan, heldulekua jarri diot. Tamainu honetako poltso batean gauza piloa sartu daitezke, gimnasiora eramateko behar diren gauza guztiak sartzen dira eta baita asteburuko irtenaldia egiteko erropak ere.

Por ejemplo las asas van de arriba abajo y en un lado le he cosido un bolsillo con cremallera, muy práctico para llevar el bonobus o algo parecido ;-) Además donde acaban las cremalleras, usando la misma cinta, le he puesto unos tiradores. Tengo que deciros que el tamaño grande tiene mucha capacidad, perfecto para ir al gimasio o para una escapada de fin de semana.

For example the handles go up and down and on one side I have sewn a zippered pocket, very convenient to carry a public transport ticket or something;-) Also where zippers end, using the same tape I've put some small handles to open quicklier the zipper. I have to tell you that the large size has a lot of capacity to go to gim or perfect for weekend trip.

Erabili dudan ehuna Frantzian erosi nuen, tapizerian erabiltzen den ehuna da eta bere konposizioa %50 kotoia, %50 linoa da. Ehun zoragarria da! Kolore izugarri politak ditut eta ikusi nuen momentutik jakin nuen nire Willya josteko izango zela. Poltsoa zurruntzeko entretela erabili dut pieza guztietan eta oinarriko piezan goma eva jarri dut.

 

La tela que he usado la compré en Francia, es una tela de tapicería y su composición es 50% algodón, 50% lino. ¡Me encanta esta tela! Tiene unos colores preciosos y desde el principio supe que sería para mi Willy. Para rigidizar el bolso todas las piezas llevan entretela y la pieza de la base lleva goma eva para mayor estabilidad.

I bought the fabric in France, is an upholstery fabric and its composition is 50% cotton, 50% linen. I love this fabric! It has beautiful colours, and from the beginning I knew it would be for my Willy. All the bag parts are rigidized with interlining.

Barrurako zeta berdea erabili dut eta sakela josi diot.

Por dentro he usado una seda verde preciosa y le he puesto un bolsillo.

Inside I used a lovely green silk and I've put a pocket.

Ninot jacket by Pauline Alice

Pauline Alicek diseinatu duen azken patroiaren nire bertsio kañeroa erakusten dizuet, Ninot jaka. Eta kañero diot nik horrela ikusten dudalako, kar, kar, kar! Ikutu rokeroa eta ozarra dauka, eta hori oso gustoko dut! Argibideek adierazten zuten neurria baino txikiagoa egin dut, jertse fin ala kamiseta hutsean erabili nahi nuelako horrela  nire bertsioa estuagoa eta laburragoa geratu zait. Paulinek jadanik hiru patroi eder argitaratu ditu, nik Camí dressa josi nuen uda aldean.

 

Y aqui tenéis mi versión cañera del último patrón que ha diseñado Pauline Alice, la chaqueta Ninot. Y digo cañera porque la verdad es que así la veo yo, ja, ja, ja! Tiene un toque rockero y desenfadado que me encanta! Además lo he hecho en una talla más pequeña de lo que aconsejaban las instrucciones, porque quería usarla así, con camiseta o jersecito fino, es por eso que me queda entallada y cortita. Pauline ya ha lanzado tres maravillosos patrones, por si no os acordais yo ya tengo uno de sus patrones en mi armario el Camí dress.

And here my version of the latest pattern designed by Pauline Alice, the Ninot jacket. My funky rock version has a glamorous touch but with a dark interior I love it, ha ha ha! In addition I have done the size smaller than the instructions advised because I wanted to wear it with a shirt or something light, that's why it´s fitted and short. Pauline has launched three cute patterns,  at summer I sewed the Camí dress.

Orain dela aste batzuk Paulinek bere hurrengo patroiaren testerra izatera animatu ninduen, eta noski nik baietz esan nion! Ohore bat izan da argitaratzean lagundu eta bere patroia probatzea hobekuntzak izan ditzan :-)

Hace unas semanas Pauline me dijo a ver si quería ser tester de su siguiente patrón, y yo le dije que si! Como no iba a querer probar un patrón suyo, ayudarla en el lanzamiento, todo un honor :-)

A few weeks ago Pauline told me, if I wanted to be a tester for her next pattern, and I said yes! It is a honour, take part helping in the pattern launch, it´s a great honour :-)

Chanel erako jakentzat erabiltzen den bloucle ehuna Rafael Matiasen aurkitu nuen, nola ez, gainera ziztu bizian erosi nuen, metroa 12 eurotara baizegoen eta hain kalitate oneko ehuna prezio horretara pagotxa ederra da! Edozertan parte hartzetik aparte, ezerk ez nau beldurtzen eta era honetako ehuna inoiz josi gabe izan arren, pentsatu gabe erosi nuen. Hasteko chanel ehunak guztiz entretelatu behar dira, dendariak azaldu zidan ez banuela hori egiten hariak errez aterako zitzaizkidala, ba eskerrak...ze entretelatu arren hari asko atera zaizkit! Hurrengoan kolore bakarreko Ninota josiko dut, jakaren deitale ederrak gehiago nabari daitezen.

Encontré este blouclé que se utiliza para las chaquetas de tipo chanel en mi tienda de referencia Rafael Matias como no, y la compré seguido, estaba a 12euros el metro y para una tela de esa calidad era bastante barata! Aparte de que me apunto a cualquier cosa, soy bastante echá palante! Ja, ja, ja! Porque nunca había trabajado con tela de ese tipo, pero me dio igual. Para empezar hay que entretelarla completamente, pero bueno eso ya me lo aconsejaron en la tienda, porque según la dependienta sino se deshilacha mogollón. Pues menos mal, porque aún así se deshilacho una pasada... Para la siguiente, haré la Ninot en una tela en un solo color, para que los detalles de la chaqueta resalten más.


I found this fabric in my favourite store Rafael Matias, and I bought it without doubts, because it cost 12 euros the meter, it is a high quality boucle, a bargain! I had never worked with this kind of fabric, but I did not care, I have never felt fear! Ha, ha, ha! First before sewing, you have to iron interlining over all the amount of fabric, the shopkeeper advised me in the store, she said me that with interfacing the fabric will not fray. Just as well, because it still frays ... My next Ninot will be in a solid colour, in that way the jacket´s details will stand out more.

Ehun biguna da eta hori nire faborerako izan da, patroia probatzerakoan gauzak ez dira derrepentean ateratzen, baina nire ehuna hain zen malgua azkenean ondo geratzeko aukera izan dudala :-) Barruko pieza eta forroaren artean bies zinta gorria jarri diot. Fuksia berokia josi nuenetik, akabera honekin enamoratua nengoen, Rosy ikaragarriak azaldu zigun nola egin behar zen eta teknika erabiltzeko irrikitan nengoen. Forroa Rafael Matiasen erosi nuen, baltza eta matean dauden kuadro txikiak ditu, sinplea baina oso dotorea.

Este tipo de tela es muy blandita lo que me vino muy bien para probar el patrón, porque todavía había que afinar algunas cosas en el patrón, pero mi tela al ser tan maleable me daba la posibilidad de que al final todo quedara bien :-) Entre el forro y la vista interior le he puesto un vivo rojo, que era una cosa que me fascinaba desde que hice el abrigo fucsia y nos los explicó la gran Rosy. El forro es negro con un cuadradito en mate, queda precioso y elegante, me encanta también lo compré en Rafael Matias.

This type of fabric is very squishy which came in handy to test the pattern, because you had to refine some things still in the pattern, but my fabric was as malleable that gave me the possibility to finish everything fine :-) between the lining and the facing piece I have sewn a red bias binding, that was one thing that fascinated me since I made the fuchsia coat and Rosy explained this technic. The lining is black with a matte square, is beautiful and elegant, I love it! I bought the lining at Rafael Matias.

Patroiak xehetasun ikaragarri ederrak ditu, joskintza botoi zuloak, erribeteatutako sakelak eta tolesdura sakona bizkarraldean, 40 eta 50.  hamarkaden kutsu ederra dauka, guztia kokteleran sartua eta Pauline Alicen ikutuaz irabiatua. Tapetak ere josi diezaiokezuz baina nik ez dizkiot jarri eta gainera udarako bertsioa ere pentsatu dut Paulinek, zamaldea kenduta eta forro gabe. Baina onena azkenerako utzi dut...gabonak gertu direnez, Paulinek patroi honekin neskatilentzako bertsioa dohainik bidaliko dizu. Ikaragarria zara Pauline! Ninot jaka erosi behar duzue!

El patrón tiene un montón de detalles chulísimos, ojales de sastre, bolsillos ribeteados y un pliegue trasero que me encanta, es una chaqueta años 40-50 con el toque Pauline Alice. Yo he hecho la versión sin tapetas, pero también se las puedes poner. Además, Pauline ha pensado en una versión veraniega sin forro y como colofón para estas navidades, nos regala la chaqueta Ninot para niñas, vamos... ¡Pauline es la mejor! Todas a comprar la Chaqueta Ninot, pero ya de ya!

The pattern has lots of cute details, bound buttonholes, the pockets and the back pleat that I love, it's a jacket with the touch of 40-50 years all mixed by Pauline Alice. I made the version without back and sleeve tabs. In addition, Pauline has thought of a summer unlined version without collar. Finally for Christmas as gift, she gives us the Ninot little girl version...Pauline is the best! You have to buy the Ninot Jacket!

Argazkiak atera nituen lekutik 4 bat kilometrotara bizi naiz, baina hala ere kotxetik jeitsi ginenean ardiekin zegoen artzainak begiratu eta aurpegi arraroa jarri zuen, horrelako zerbait pentsatu zuen "kaletarrak, zihur hiriburukoak direla eta argazkiak ateratzera datoz" Kar, kar, kar! Askotan herri txikiko itxura ondo ezkutatzen dakit eh?¿?¿?¿? Hain egun ederra izan genuen, zoloetako berdeaz gozatu beharra zegoela, goi mailako joskintza jaka eraman arren kar, kar, kar!

Vivo muy cerca de donde sacamos las fotos, a unos cuatro km, pero el pastor con las ovejas nos miró como diciendo "mira estos de la capital, vienen a sacarse fotos!" Ja, ja, ja! Aunque algunas veces sea más de campo que las amapolas no se me nota eh?¿?¿? Con el día que hacía, había que disfrutar del verde, aunque fuera vestida de alta costura, ja, ja, ja!

I live very close to where we took the pictures, about four kilometers, but the shepherd with sheeps looked at us as if to say "look at these capital people, come here to take pictures!" Ha ha ha! Although I am from a very little town, they don´t noticed it! Ha, ha, ha! It was a sunny day, so we wanted to enjoy the green field, although I was wearing a haute couture jacket, ha ha ha!

Nire zamaldea patroiarena baino txikiagoa da, Paulinek diseinua aldatu du argitaratzea baino lehen eta nik gustokoago dut orain! Nire bertsioaren zamaldea puntazorrotzekoa da. Botoiak gustoko dituzue? Nire izeko Maribik oparitu dizkit, jostuna izandakoa da eta altxor asko ditu gordeak. Nakarreko botoiak dira, nire uste apalean, bitxiak dira eta hori dela eta belarritakorik ere ez dut jantzi! Klaro...gaurko estilismoa sinplea baina kañero baita! Kar, kar, kar!

Mi cuello es más pequeño que el del patrón, es una cosa que Pauline ha cambiado antes del lanzamiento y la verdad es que ha sido muy buena idea, ahora me gusta más el patrón! Además le cambie la forma y en vede redondeado es en punta. ¿Os gustan los botones? Me los ha regalado mi tia Maribi, antes cosía y tiene unos cuantos tesoros guardados. Son de nacar, vamos una pasada, es como llevar joyas, tanto que no me puesto ni pendientes! Pero claro, es que mi estilismo de hoy es del tipo canalla, sencillo pero muy cañero! Ja, ja, ja!

My collar is smaller than the pattern collar, Pauline has changed it before the launching day and the truth is that it was a good idea, now I like more the pattern! I also change the peter pan collar and now is pointed. Do you like my buttons? My aunt Maribi gave me them, she was a seamstress before and she have saved a few treasures. The buttons are made with nacre, they're amazing, it's like wearing jewels, so I did not wear earrings! But, of course, today my styling is simple but very rocky! Ha ha ha!

Naiiren ENE patroia testatuta!!! Naii, lan ederra egin duzu, patroia izugarri geratu da. Benetan oso patroi gomendagarria da, erosi egin behar diozue Naiiri. Argibideak ederto ulertzen dira eta bertsio izugarriak egin daitezke! Bere blogean eskegi ditu testeatzaileak egin dituzten bertsioak.

Patroia testeatzea erantzunkizun handiko lana izan da eta espero dut nik egindako esfortzua eta nire gomendioak ondo etorri izana Naiiri. Eskerrikasko eman didazun aukerarengatik! 

¡¡¡Testado el patrón ENE de Naii!!! Naii has hecho un trabajo increible, el patrón ha quedado muy bien. Este es un patrón muy recomendable se lo tenéis que comprar a Naii. Las instrucciones se entienden a la perfección y se pueden hacer unas versiones geniales! Naii ha colgado las versiones de las diferentes testadoras en su blog.

Testear un patrón ha sido un trabajo de bastante responsabilidad y espero que mi esfuerzo y recomendaciones le hayan servido de algo a Naii. Muchas gracias por la oportunidad que me has dado Naii!

I have just tested the ENE pattern by Naii!!! Nai, you have made an incredible work and the pattern is very well done. This pattern is highly recommended, you have to buy it. The instructions are clear and you can sew cute versions! She has uploaded testers´ versions to her blog.

Sudaderaren aurrekaldeko forma horrek estilizatu egiten du eta kaputxa totala da! Esan beharra daukak nire bertsioa itxita izan arren, kaputxa hori beste bertsiokoa dela, zabalik erabili daitekeen bertsioarena. Ehuna ebakitzerakoan lapsusa izan nuen...baina hala ere ederra geratu da horrela ezta? Bestalde barnekaldeko josketa lanak nire overlockrer barriarekin egin ditut, oso profesionalak gelditzetik aparte arrapalada batean egin dut sudadera...pasada bat da, lana asko errezten du makina tipo honek.

La forma delantera del patrón estiliza la figura y la capucha es una pasada! Tengo que deciros que mi capucha es de la versión de sudadera con frontal abierto, aunque mi versión sea la de versión cerrada. Tuve un lapsus cuando cortaba el patrón...pero ha quedado chula con la capucha así verdad? Las costuras las he cosido con mi nueva y esperadísima remalladora, aparte de que ha quedado muy profesional, he cosido la sudadera super rápido... es una pasada lo ligera que va y como te facilita el trabajo.

The front form stylizes the body and the hood rocks! My version´s hood, is from the opened hoodie but I sewed the closed version. When I was cutting the pattern, I had a mistake with the hoodie and because of this the hoodie looks like the opened version, but it is awesome in this way, isn´t it? I have sewn the seams with my new serger. I have got a neat and very professional inside, and I have sewed the hoodie super fast ... it is amazing how  you work easier and faster with this kind of machine.

Erabili dudan ehuna "tela polarra" esaten zaion hori da, ta oso oso oso oso epela da! Goxoa eta lehuna da izugarri gustatu zait ;-) Hori bai hotza dagoen egunetan erabili, bestela hazkurea izango duzu, ehuna Gernikako denda batean aurkitu nuen "Telas al peso Begoña" deitzen da. Barnekaldeko piezak egiteko puntu zuriak dituen ehun beltza erabili dut denda berberekoa da, puntu tubular grisa La Pantiganari erosi diot.

Zer iruditzen zaizue nire konbinazio osoa?

Para coser la sudadera he utilizado tela polar, muy muy muy calentita! Es esponjosa y suave, me encanta ;-) Eso si, hay que usarla con frio porque sino pica. La compré en Gernika en una tienda llamada "Telas al peso Begoña". Para las piezas del forro he utilizado una tela de puntos blanca y negra de la misma tienda y la tela de punto tubular gris es de La Pantigana.

¿Qué os parece mi conjunto completo?

To sew the hoodie, I used fleece, very very very warm! It's fluffy and soft, I love the pieces;-) This material needs to be used with cold because otherwise you will have to scratch your skin. I bought it in a store from Gernika called "Telas al peso Begoña". For lining, I used polka dot fabric from this store and the strech fabric for cuffs and bottom is from the La Pantigana shop.

Testing a pattern and a sew-along!

Zer moduz doa astea neska mutilak? Joste proiekturen bat mahai ganean? Nik makina bat ditut ;-) 

How about your week? Do you have any sewing project in progress? I have many of them ;-)

Orain dela pare bat aste nire marrazkiekin zer egin behar nuen komentatu nizuen, sarrera hori gogoratzen duzue? Burda challengerako alkandora amaitua dut (hemen sarrera) eta gero berokia eta prakak zeuden. Berokia Rosyk antolatutako sew-alongekoa da eta astelehenean hasi zen patroia eraldatzen. Hori dela eta animatu eta parte hartu asko ikastetik aparte, zuek jositako beroki eder bat izango duzue eta.

A couple of weeks ago I presented you my "mini-maiders" and my future projects, do you remember that post? In fact, the blouse I wanted to sew for the Burda challenge, is finished (here). The fuchsia coat is the next garment in my list and in the sew-along hosted by Rosy. Rosy started on monday,  she is transforming the pattern to create the coat. Do not hesitate! You have to participate, we are learning many things and we will have an amazing fucshia coat in our closet.

Prakak imaginatuko duzuen bezalaxe alde batera utzi ditut beste behin eta gauza desberdin batekin nago. Naiiren patroi bat testeatzeko aukera daukat!!! Bai aukeratuen artean nago eta bere patroia probatuko dut. Eskerrikasko konfidantzagatik Naii!!!! Probatzen nagoen patroia ENE SUDADERA da. Patroia bat probatzen dudan lehen aldia denez, gauzak lasai eta tentuz egiten ari naiz, argibideak irakurri eta zerbait ez badut ondo ulertzen paper batean apuntatzen. Ahal dudan guztia lagundu nahi baidiot Naiiri ;-)

What you're imagining, I will confirm ... the pants I have left behind in my list, I'm sewing something else. Naii has chosen me to test one of their patterns before launching it!!! I am one of the nominees and I am sewing her pattern. Thanks for the confidence Naii!!!! The pattern, that I´m testing is the "ENE HOODIE". It´s the first time I have tested a pattern, so I´m doing all the steps carefully and calm to find errors or things like that. All because I want to help Naii, all I can ;-)

ENE patroia oso gustoko dut, gorputzera ondo egokitzen da eta jazteko erosoa da. Sudaderak bi bertsio dauzka, aurrekaldea zabalik duena (umeei titia ematen dien emakumeentzako pentsatua) eta aurrekaldea itxia daukana eta noski umeentzako bertsioa ere badago. Nik itxita dagoena aukeratu dut. Sudadera egiteko ehun diferentea aukeratu dut, sudadera ehuna izan beharrean polarra esaten zaiona erabiliko dut. Grazia egin zidan kuadrodun ehuna izatea, ikutu serioa duen jantzi dibertigarria! Nahastea ona zela iruditu zitzaidan. Barneko piezentzako motadun ehun zuri beltza aukeratu dut.

I like the ENE pattern, it fits well and it looks comfy and cute. This hoodie has two versions, one is with an opened front (designed for moms who are nursing period) and the other version has a closed front. Besides ENE has a version for children. I´m sewing the closed version for ladies :-)  To sew this special project I chose a special fabric, instead of a common sweatshirt fabric, I bought a fabric called "polar" in spanish, very warm and foamy. The fabric is a black and white plaid and this made me smile, a serious fabric in a funny garment! I thought that it would be a perfect mix. For the linning I cut a black and white polka dots fabric, I had in my stash.

Beno ba ni ooooosooooo lanpetuta nago, baina zuek josteko denbora baduzue gauza oso interesgarriak dituzue blogosferan, aukera batzuk emango dizkizuet:

- Lolita Patterns patroi etxe berria argitaratu dute aste hontan. Dohaineko patroia atera dute "Fuchsia gona" eta otsailaren 11n sew-along bat hasiko dute.

- Julia Bobbinek Mad Men telesaieko bigarren sew-alonga antolatu du. Jantzi ederrak egin zituzten antolatutako lehenengo erronkan.

- Megan Nielsen patroi etxetik beraien Briar kamisetaren sew-alonga egiten ari dira.

- Soniak eta Mariak beste lehiaketa bat antolatu dute "11 proiektu 2013rako". Hilabete bakoitzean proiektu desberdin bat egiteko aukera daukazue.

- Lolita Patterns is a new indie patterns company with a new and free skirt pattern. They are going to host a sew-along with their "Fuchsia skirt" on 11th of february.
- Julia Bobbin is hosting the Mad Men Dress Challenge 2. In the first challenge they had sewed amazing garments.
- Megan Nielsen is hosting the Briar sew-along.
- Sonia and Maria have created the "11 projects for the 2013". Each month, you have to sew something different about a given topic.
