Kaixo! Amaitutako leggingsak ikusi ditut ta oso harro nagoela esan behar dizuet :-) Ai eneeeeeee nire azalpenek halako proiektu onetara eraman zaituztela jakiteak izugarri poztu nau. Lan asko izan da baina merezi izan du "nirekin josi" hau antolatzea, hilabete batzuk barru zihur beste bat egingo dudala!

Gaur patroia nola aldatu dezakezuen azaldu behar nuen, baina nire egunerokoak oso lanpetuta izan nauenez ezin izan dut ezer prestatu, ia datorren astean denbora dudan eta sarrera prestatzen dudan, parkatuko didazue ezta? Nik uste baietz, gaur 31n zer oparituko dizuedan kontatu behar dizuet eta! Kar, kar, kar!!!

¡Hola! He visto algunos leggings terminados y os tengo que decir que estoy muy orgullosa de vosotras :-) Madre miaaaaaaa, pensar que desde mis tutoriales habéis hecho esos proyectos tan chulos me alegra mogollon. Este "cose conmigo" me ha dado mucho trabajo pero ha merecido la pena, dentro de unos meses seguro que haré otro!

Hoy os tenía que enseñar como  modificar el patrón, pero el día a día me ha tenido muy ocupada y no he podido preparar nada, para la semana que viene espero tener tiempo y prepararos algo, me perdonais ¿verdad? Además hoy os voy a enseñar lo que voy a sortear el 31, así que con eso seguro que estoy perdonada, ja, ja, ja!

Goiko argazkia ikusi duzue? Ba bai hori oparituko diot 31ko zozketaren irabazleari! Burdako patroi bat soinekoa eta jaka (38-48 neurriko tallak), jaka egiteko ehuna (edo beno bakoitzak nahi duena!), jakarentzako 6 botoi eta grossgrain vintage bat (vintage da oooooso zaharra delako neuk baino urte gehiago ditu! Kar, kar, kar!). Zer iruditu zaizue? Ehuna oso polita dela iruditu zitzaidan, bouclea dela esango nuke edo beno antzerako zerbait...kar, kar,kar!

¿Habéis visto la foto de arriba? Si, si, si eso es lo que voy a sortear el 31! Un patrón del Burda que es una chaqueta y un vestido (talla 38-48), tela para haceros la chaqueta (o lo que cada una quiera!), 6 botones para la chaqueta y grossgrain vintage (y digo vintage porque tiene más años que yo! jajajaja) ¿Qué os ha parecido? La tela es super bonita, yo diría que es boucle pero no tengo mucha idea...ja, ja, ja!

Beno ba astelehenean zuen leggingsak jasotzeko epea zabalduko da, sarrera bat idatziko dut eta bertan "add link" bat jartzen ahaleginduko naiz, horrela zeuok sartuko dituzue zuen leggingsak, ezin baduzue masustakeguzkitan(at)gmail(dot)com era emaila bidali.

El lúnes empezaremos a recolectar vuestros proyectos, intentaré hacer una entrada con "add link" para que vosotras mismas podais subir las fotos, si fuera imposible me mandais un email a  masustakeguzkitan(at)gmail(dot)com.

Kaixoooooo!!! Zer moduz gabonak? Nireak deskonekting totala izan dira, ez dut ez josi, ez blogeatu ez ezer ere ez egin! Hori dela eta eskerrikasko zeuen komentario guztiengatik...ni oso alperra ibili arren. Jan, lo eta konpainiaz disfrutatu, hori baino ez dut egin! Gabonetan blogosferako opariak ere izan ditut, baina horrek sarrera bat merezi duenez beranduagorako utziko dugu ;-) 

Bestalde ia leggingsen asuntoa nola joango den, ia ze oihal erosi, neurriak nola atara...galdera asko izan ditut eta horrek asko poztu nau, blogosferan nire leggingsan inguruko erronkak erantzuna izan duela konturatu naiz eta! Hori dela eta hemen doa "Leggings by Masustak"en aurkezpena.

¡¡¡Holaaaaaa!!! ¿Qué tal las navidades? Las mías han sido un desconecting total, ni costura, ni bloguear ni nada! Es por eso que os quiero dar las gracias por todos vuestros comentarios...aunque yo haya andado bastante vaga! Comer, dormir y disfrutar de la compañia, no he hecho nada más que eso! En navidades he tenido regalos de la blogosfera pero esto se merece una entrada, así que lo explicaré otro día ;-)

Por otro lado mucha gente me ha preguntado por el cose conmigo de los leggings, que tela comprar, como hacer lo de las medidas... me he alegrado mogollón de que a la gente le interese mi reto!! Es por ello que aqui va mi entrada de presentación de los "Leggings by Masustak".

Hello! What about your Christmas? Mine has been a total disconnecting, no sewing, no blogging, nothing! That's why I want to thank you for all your comments ... although I have been quite lazy! Eat, sleep and enjoy the company, I have not done anything more than that! At Christmas I had gifts from the blogosphere but it deserves an entry, so I will explain another day;-)

On the other hand many people have asked me for my leggings sewalong, which fabric to buy, how do the measures ... I was glad that loads of people would be interested in my challenge! That's why here's my entry for the presentation of "Leggings by Masustak".

Leggingsak era askotara jantzi daitezkeen pieza dira, soineko eder baten azpian, kamiseta luze batekin, ibilaldi bat egitera goazenean ala etxean eroso izateko, gorputzera perfekto egokitzen dira eta galtza batzuk baino lodiagoak dira. Hori dela eta mundu guztia animatzen dut leggingsak jostera! Gainera zuen patroia nola marraztu behar duzuen nik azalduko dudanez, oooooooso erraza dela konturatuko zarete :-)

Denbora asko utzi dut, pausotik pausora denbora soberan daukazue, pausu bakoitza egiteko argitaratzen dudan egun bakoitzeko ordubete izanda nahiko da, baina erronkak partaide asko izan ditzan nahi dudanez egutegia luzatu egin dut eta urtarrilaren 30rerarte josi ditzakezuez leggingsak. Urtarrilaren 31an partehartzaile guztien artean zozketa bat egingo dut, oraindik ez dut pentsatu zer izango den, baina jostun batek gustoko izango duen zerbait seguru!!! Kar, kar, kar!!!

Apuntatu nahi denak mesedez sarrera hontan komentario bat utzi dezala, horrela guztion jarraipena egitea errazagoa izango da. Erronka hau aurkezteko erabili dudan argazkia erabili dezakezue (behekaldean tamaina txikikoa uzten dizuet) eta zuen blogetan jarri sarrera honi erreferentzia eginez, horrela norbait gehiago animatuko da seguru.

Los leggings son una pieza que se puede vestir de muchas maneras, debajo de un precioso vestido, con una camiseta larga, unos troteros para dar un paseo o para utilizarlos en casa y estar comodísima, se adaptan al cuerpo y son más gordos que unas medias. Por todo esto os animo a coser leggings! Además os voy a enseñar a haceros vuestro propio patrón y así os daréis cuenta de lo fácil que es :-)

Os voy a dejar un montón de tiempo para haceros los leggings, tenéis tiempo de sobra entre paso y paso, dedicándole una horita los días que publiqué os llega de sobra. Lo hago así para que se apunte mucha gente! Hasta el 30 de enero tenéis mucho margen para coser vuestros leggings. El 31 de enero habrá un sorteo para todas las participantes, y el premio todavía no lo he pensado, pero seguro que será algo que nos encante a nosotras las costureras!!! Ja, ja, ja!!!

Toda la gente que se quiera apuntar que me deje un comentario en esta entrada, así podré hacer un mejor seguimiento del reto. Podéis usar la foto que he usado como presentación (os la dejo más pequeñita en la parte de abajo), para ponerla en la esquina de vuestros blogs y hacer referencia a esta entrada enlazando desde allí, así seguro que se apuntan más costureras.

The leggings are a garment that can be dressed in many ways, under a beautiful dress, with a long T-shirt, comfys for a walk or for use at home, leggings are skin-tight garments and super wearables! For all this I encourage you to sew leggings! Also I will teach you to make your own pattern and you will realize how easy it is :-)

On January 31 there will be a giveaway, I still have not thought the prize, but sure it would be something that delights us, cute seamstresses! Ha, ha, ha!

Egun eguzkitsu bat!!!!!!!! Bitaminak batzen aritu naiz, kar, kar, kar! Gaurkoan erakusten dizuedan gona Innari esker josi dut. Eskerrikasko Inna!!!! Bere blogean zozketa egin zuen eta ni izan nintzen irabazleetariko bat, a ze zortea izan nuen!!! Gonak josteko patroiz betea dagoen liburu japonesa irabazi nuen, hasieran apur bat ikaratuta nengoen ez nintzela ezertaz enteratuko pentsatzen nuelako baina egia esan, japonesak oso onak dira argibideak marrazkiekin ematen, ez da zertan japonesa jakin behar :-)

¡Por fin sol y calor! Algo de vitaminas al cuerpo, ja, ja, ja! La falda que os enseño hoy la he cosido gracias a Inna. ¡¡¡Muchas gracias Inna!!! Inna hizo un sorteo en su blog y yo fui una de las afortunadas, qué suerte eeehh?!?!? Gané un libro lleno de patrones para coser faldas, el libro esta en japonés y al principio me dio un poco de miedito, pero luego me dí cuenta de que los japoneses son la leche explicándolo todo con dibujos, no tienes porque entender ni papa de japonés porque ellos te lo dibujan :-)

Finally a sunny and warm day! I needed the sun. The skirt that I show you today, I have sewn, thanks to Inna. Thanks Inna! Inna made ​​a giveaway on her blog and I was one of the lucky person who won. I won a book full of skirts patterns, the book is in Japanese and at first I was scared, but then I realized that the Japanese are good with drawings and the explanations are sooo clear, that I haven´t to learn japanese to sew the skirt :-)

Hasteko patroi errez bat aukeratu nuen, aurreko sarrera batean komentatu nizuen bezalaxe "wrap skirt"a aukeratu nuen. Behean dagoen argazkian ikusi dezakezue modeloaren gona ooooooso luzea dela eta guztiz errektangularra. Nik laburtu, itxura kurbatua eman eta lazadarentzako zinta zabalagoa eta luzeagoa jarri nion.

Para empezar con el libro, elegí un patrón facilito como ya os comenté un "wrap skirt". En la foto de abajo esta el patrón de la falda, pero yo no la quería ni tan larga ni tan rectangular, por ello la acorté, le dí forma curvada y la cinta de la cintura es más ancha y más larga.

To begin with the book, I chose an easy pattern, a wrap skirt ( I told you in my previous post). In the pictured below, you can see the skirt, but I did not want as long and as rectangular than the book skirt, so I shortened the length, I curved the hemline and the waist belt is wider and longer.

Era honetako gonak oso erosoak dira, orain dela urte batzuk bat erosi nuen eta asko erabiltzen nuen, loditu ala argaldu ez du inporta, era honetako gonak, tarte jakin baterarte noski, dena ametitzen dute.

Este tipo de faldas son muy cómodas, hace unos años me compré una y la utilicé mogollón, además hasta cierto punto te permite engordar o adelgazar y sigues entrando en ella.

This kind of skirts are very comfortable, a few years ago I bought a similar one and I wore it many times, and it doesn´t matter if you gain or lose weight, you will be able to wear it!

Egia esan, horrelako lazada bat daukan nire lehenengo erropa dela esango nuke, batzuk apur bat ñoñoa geratzen dela pentsatuko dute baina nire asko gustatzen zait. Eta ehuna? Ezaguna egiten zaizue? Nire txanodun kaparentzat erabili nuen ehun berbera da, zati eder bat soberan geratu zitzaidanez ba aprobetxatu egin dut, oraindik zatitxo bat geratzen zait...ia zer egiten dudan berarekin!

Es la primera prenda de mi armario con lazo, algunos pensaran que es muy ñoño...pero a mi me mola...sniff, sniff... Y la tela? Os suena? La utilice en mi capa con capucha y como me sobro un buen trozo se me ocurrio que para este proyecto era perfecta, todavía me queda un cachito...a ver que hago con ella! 

This is my very first garment of my closet with a big bow, some think it is very sappy ... but I love it! And the fabric? Have you recognized it? I sewed my hooded cape with this fabric. I had leftover and I think that it´s the perfect fabric for this project.

Era honetako gonen funtzionamendua oso erraza da: atzekaldean pieza bat daukagu eta aurrekaldean simetrikoak diren bi pieza. Pieza bakoitzari zinta bat josten zaio amaieran eta botoizulo bat egiten da aldamen batean. Aurreko piezak bata bestearen gainean jarri, zinta botoizulotik pasa, gerriari buelta eman eta aurrekaldean lotu.

La forma de construir esta falda es muy fácil: tiene una pieza posterior y dos piezas frontales simétricas. A cada pieza frontal se le cose la cinta a la altura de la cintura y en uno de los lados se hace un ojal. Te lo pones, pasas una pieza frontal encima de la otra, pasas la cinta por el ojal, le das una vuelta a la cintura y te lo atas en la parte delantera.

The way to build this skirt is very easy: you have a back piece and two symmetrical front pieces. Each front piece has a part of the belt sewed on it and in one side there is a buttonhole. You put, a front piece over the other piece, pass the belt through the hole, give it a spin at the waist and you tie it in the front.

Nire gona hiru akabera motarekin egin dut. Gerrialdeko pieza biesarekin amaitu dut, aldameneko josketak frantsez josketarekin eta bajoak amaitzeko overlockerrarekin josi eta gero barrurantza tolestu ditut.

La cinturilla interior de la falda la he terminado con bies, los laterales con costura francesa y el bajo lo he rematado con la overlock y luego lo he doblado hacia dentro para pasarle un pespunte.

The waistband is finished with bias binding tape, the sides with french seams and the hemline with overlock.

Things I love and my birthday!

Gaur nire urtebetetzea da! Zorionak zuriiii zorionak niriiiii! Jostun amorratu honek joste erregaloak izan ditu, ez zenuten honen inguruko dudarik izango ezta? Lehenengo nire buruari oparitu diodan liburua erakutsiko dizuet: The Colette Sewing Handbook.

Pasada bat da!!! Bost bat kapitulo irakurri ditut eta benetan oso ona da. Jostun hasiberri edo erdi mailako batentzat oso liburu interesgarria da. Nik nire burua erdi mailakoen talderantza hurbiltzen nabari dut!. Kar, kar, kar... Liburuan, Coletterieko 5 patroi dituzu eskuragarri eta joste prozesurako pilo bat truko eta azalpen daude. Hainbeste gustatu zait liburua, bere inguruko post bat idatziko dudala pentsatu dudala. Adi izan zaitezte!

I love it!!! I have read a couple of chapters and I have to tell you, that it´s an interesting sewing book, specially for a novice-intermediate seamstress. Yes I think that my level is approaching to intermediate! Ha, ha, ha... In the book you can find 5 Colette´s patterns and many tips and help to sew better. I like the book, so I´m going to write a review about it in the following weeks. Be aware!

Beste joste oparia nire bikoteak egin dit. Ai ene paketearen tamaina ikusterakoan segituan konturatu naiz.... OVERLOCKER BAT SEGURU!!!!!! Ba bai Jata markako overlockerra oparitu dit!!! Ez dakizuenentzat nire beste makina ere nire bikoteak oparitu zidan orain dela pare bat urte, nire joste afizioaren errudun handienetarikoa da, eskerrikasko!!!!!

This morning my boyfriend has left a big box on the table, I have guessed ...AN OVERLOCKER SURE!!!!!! Yes, it was! The "Solid overlock 900" from Jata brand. If you don´t know, I have to tell you that my first sewing machine was a present from him. Well he is one of the culprits of my hobby, thank you very much!!!!!

Beno ba hainbeste oparirekin...bada zuei ere oparitxo bat egin nahi nizuen ;-) Noodlehead blogean zozketa berezi bat ikusi nuen, gustoko zituen 33 gauza bidaliko zizkion zozketaren irabazleari. Gauza horien artean, kuadernoak, kremallerak, txokolatea eta pilo bat gauza gehiago daude. Ideia harrigarria iruditu zait eta nik ere horrelako zerbait egitea pentsatu dut. Baina nik 33 beharrean 13 aukeratuko ditut, gehien bat 33 gehiegi iruditu zaizkidalako eta ez nuke jakingo zer jarri, eta bestalde 13 zenbakia gogoko dudalako!

Beno ba zozketan parte hartu nahi duzuen guztiok, sarrera honetan komentarioa utzi dezakezue eta urtarrilaren 31rarte parte hartu. Hori bai, zer irabaziko duzuen sorpresa izango da, nik maite ditudan gauzatxo politak izango direla esan dezaket :-)

It´s my birthday but...I want to give away something to you ;-) I read on Noodlehead about a cute giveaway, she was picking 33 things she loved to giveaway. All of them packed in a box, will arrive to a lucky reader. She picked up nice stuff like note cards, zippers, chocolate and many things more. I thought that it was a cute initiative, so I´m going to make the same but with 13 things. Because 33 are too for me...I wouldn´t know how to chose... and because I love the 13, they will be 13!

Zorionak zuriiiiiiii.... /Happy birthday to youuuuuu....

Kar, kar, kar... lehenengo ta behin esan behar dizuet txarto nenbilela, urteurrena 11an zen ez 19an (begiratu nire lehenengo sarrera). Kar, kar kar! Ai ama istorio pila ditut buruan eta ez nintzen konturatu baina beno horrek ez du garrantziarik ezta? Gauza ospatzea da.

Beno ba, hain data esanguratsuan nire jostun urteari begirada bat bota nahi nion eta egin ditudanak baloratu eta hurrengo urtea planifikatzeko balio izatea. Jostun amorratu askoren antzera, nik ere milaka proiektu egingo nituzke eta milaka tela erosiko nituzke, nire jostun txokoa kaos hutsa bilakatu arte :-s 

Beno ba grafiko batzuk prestatu ditut, baina lasai ez naiz oso astuna jarriko horrekin! Ze eratako jantziak josi ditudan jakin nahi nuen, portzentaietan jarrita zer den gehien josten dudana eta horrela balorazioa errazago egin. Lehenengo borobilean "Jantzi tipo" desberdinak daude, gonak, alkandorak, poltsoak...denetarik.

Ha, ha, ha... first of all I was wrong last week, because the anniversary was the 11th (my very first post). Ha, ha, ha! I had many things around my mind and I didn´t realize, but don´t worry be happy! The most important thing is celebrated it one day or other day, isn´t it?

So, in this special date I want to summarize my sewing life, to rate my creations and to plan my next year better. I am a voracious seamstress, I have many projects in my mind and if I could, I would buy all the fabrics I would see, until my sew space would be a complete mess :-S

I prepared a couple of charts, to ilustrate my sewing life. In my first chart, there are all the kinds of garments that I have sewed during this year.

Ikusten duzuen bezalaxe gehien josten ditudanak alkandora eta kamisetak izan dira, One Week One Pattern lehiaketan zazpi josi nituen eta noski horrek zenbakia asko igo du. Osagarri pila josi dut, baina asko opari bezela erabili ditut. Grafiko honek argi uzten du praka eta gona gehiago josi behar ditudala, eta noski jaka ala berokiren bat. Kulero eta horrelakoak ez ditut inoiz josi, blogger askok jarri dituzte beraien sorkuntzak eta pasada bat dira, nire hurrengo urteko zerrendarako apuntatuko ditut!

 Hurrengo grafikoan ze urtarorako josi ditudan erropak analizatu dut.


You can see that the most repeatable garment is the top and blouses, the main reason is that I participated in the One Week One Pattern challenge and that week I sewed seven versions of the Minna Blouse. I also sewed many accesories but the reason is that I use this kind of sewing project to make gifts. Another conclusion is that I have to sew more separates like skirts and pants, and any jacket or coat. I have never sewed any knicker, but many bloggers do it and their knickers are soooo cute, so it´s going to be in my next year list!

In the second chart "Type of garmen vs Season":

Argi dago udaberriak eta udak irabazten dutela. Datu hau goiko grafikoarekin alderatuz segiduan konturatzen gara, alkandora asko josi dudalako gertatzen dela. Hala ere datozen bi urtaroetan gehiago josi behar dudalakoan nago. Eta egia esan dagoeneko banabil horretan, jaka bat josten nagoelako eta negurako praka batzuk josteko ehuna erosita daukadalako.

It´s clear that, the spring and the summer won over others seasons. If you compare this chart with the other, you realize that the main reason is again One Week One Pattern. Anyway, I have to sew more in the next two seasons. The truth is that I am doing that in this moment, because I am sewing the Unique Jacket and I´m going to sew a pair of winter pants.


Gauza asko josi ditut baina baten batzuk nire bihotzean leku espeziala daukate. Alde batetik Burdaren 08/09 Mod. 128 patroia erabili nueneko jantzia dago, nik "A parisian girl in Elorrio" deitu nion sarrera horri, Coco Chanelen modeloak gogoratzen zizkidalako. Forroa erabili nuen lehenengo aldia izan zen eta eskerrak Izekok lagundu zidala bestela jai neukan! Modelo hau jostun askok egin dute eta blogosferan modelo zoragarriak daude. Patroi honen gainazalak oso ondo egokitzen dira gorputzera eta gorpuzkera ederra ematen dizute. Gainera Burda konkretu hau nire lehenengo Burda da, josteko makinarik ez neukanean erosi nuen, hori dela eta oso ondo gordeta daukat.

I have sewed many garments but some of this projects have a special place in my heart. In one hand, is the Burda 08/09 Mod. 128, do you remember my post "A parisian girl in Elorrio"? I love that dress, it reminds me a Coco Chanel´s model. It was the first project I sewed with lining and I had my Aunt to help me, thanks goodness! This model has many versions on the internet, and you can find exquisite versions. The shape of the pattern is so flattering, I like it very much. I have another reason to love this project...this Burda was my very first Burda, when I still had no sewing machine, so I have hidden it very carefully.

Bihotzean daramadan beste proiektu bat Sietedeloncerekin egin nuen tailerreko sorkuntza da. Asko dibertitu nintzen eta Hoodie izugarria josi genuen! Gauza piloa ikasi nituen Nadiarekin, nire joste era egun hartan aldatu egin zen eta askoz bersatilagoa egin nintzela uste dut. Txanodun jertse hau izugarri gustatzen zait eta horren arrazoietako bat ehuna da, pasada bat da! Proiektu honetan ikasi nuen gauzen artean garrantzitsuena, ehuna ondo ezagutu behar dela da.

On the other hand, there is the project that, I have sewed in the Sietedelonce workshop in Bilbao. I enjoyed very much and the Hoodie is so cute! I learnt many things with Nadia, and that day, my sewing skills improved and I became a more versatile seamstress. I think that the fabric is the most fabulous part of this project. I learnt that you have to choose carefully the fabric in each project.

URTEURRENA TA ZOZKETA! GIVEAWAY AND BLOGANNIVERSARY!

Datorren barikuan Masustak Eguzkitanek urteurrena ospatuko du!!!! Nire lehenengo urtea blogosferan eta jostun zale amorratu bezala, kar, kar, kar! Gauza pilo bat ditut buruan eta jende askori eskerrak emateko gogo itzelak ditut, baina datorren asteko barikurarte, urriak 19rarte itxarongo dut.

Horrelako egun bereziak zozketa bat merezi du ezta? Ba, bai zozketa bat egingo dugu Masustak Eguzkitanetik. Zozketan partehartzeko egin beharreko gauza bakarra, sarrera hontan komentario bat uztea da. Egun berezi hortarako opari bereziak egin nahi nituen eta nik uste izugarri gustatuko zaizuela prestatu dudana. Datorren asteko barikuan egingo dut zozketa.

Next week on friday, it will be the Masustak Eguzkinan´s bloganniversary!!!! My first year on the blogosphere like a tireless novice seamstress, ha, ha, ha! I have many things on my mind and I want to thank you and you and you and you, but until 19th of october, I´m going to wait.

Cut the pattern! (Picture from Masustak Eguzkitan).

Unique Jacketera bueltatuz, ze eratako ehuna erabili, patroia aldatu ala ez aldatu... zalantzak izan ditut. Nire Izekorekin hitzegin ostean eta jostun hasiberrien intuizioa erabaliz  :-S  kar, kar, kar... Patroiaren piezak ebaki eta proba bat josi dut. Muslina egiteko ehuna ez neukanez Ikeako bat erabili dut. Hasieran ideia ona iruditu zitzaidan, baina gero ez dela batere ideia ona izan konturatu naiz.

Retalking about the jacket, what kind of fabric to use, change or not change the pattern... I had doubt before starting. After talking to my Aunt and after following my novice seamstress intuition  :-S   ha, ha, ha... I cut all the pieces and I sewed a muslin. I had not any fabric for the muslin, so I chose a Ikea´s fabric. First, I thought that it was a great idea, but then I realized that it was the wrong choice.

Hawaiana itxura izatetik aparte, print handi horiek nire gorputza oraindik eta borobilagoa irudikatzen dute eta ehuna hain zurruna denez, ez du batere erori ona. Baina beno patroia nola josi behar den ikasteko balio izan dit eta hori oso garrantzitsua da.

This jacket is too Hawaiian. The big prints have made, that my body would seem more round than it is and the fabric is so stiff, it isn´t flattering. But after sewing the muslin, I understood better the pattern and this is the most important thing.

Probari argazkiak atera nizkionean ez neukan erropa askorik jantzia eta erabiliko dudan ehunaren lodiera Ikeako baino handiagoa denez, patroia apurtxo bat aldatzea pentsatu dut. Ai ene erabiliko dudan ehuna erakustea ahaztu zait! Hemen duzue argazkia.

When I was taking pics, I only wore a tank top, and the fabric I chose to the Unique Jacket is thicker than the Ikea´s fabric, so I´m going to change a little the pattern. Oh my god! I forgot to show you my fabric! You can check it in the picture below.

Gustoko duzue? Ingelesez Chevron esaten zaio marrazki honi, nik galburu itxura hartzen diodanez horrela deituko diot, "galburudun artile zuri beltza". Berokia egiteko ehun egokia deritzot eta negurako oso epela da, gainera erropa askorekin konbinatuko dudalakoan nago, kolorea eramangarria da eta. Artilea josten dudan lehenengo aldia denez, kezka eta irrikia sentitzen ditut aldi berean! Badakizue... hasiberrien ezjakintasuna! Kar, kar, kar!

Do you like it? It´s a chevron wool. I think that it is a perfect choice to sew a jacket, and I can combine this fabric with many clothes I have in my wardrobe, the colour is easy to wear. It will be the first time I will sew wool, I feel fear and excitement at the same time! You know...the folly of the novice seamstress! Ha, ha, ha!

Aurretik komentatu dudan bezalaxe, jakaren tamaina aldatzea egokiena izango zelakoan nengoen proba josi ostean, hori dela eta Paco Peraltaren tutoriala jarraituz, atzeko piezari tamaina aldatu nion, oso era errazean esplikatua dago eta pare bat minututan atzekaldeko piezaren patroia aldatua izan dut.

Like I explained you then, the best option will be to alter the back piece width. I followed the Paco Peralta´s tutorial to make the alteration, it´s very well explicated and in a couple of minutes I had my pattern piece changed.

Beno ba Unique Jacketa martxan dago, orain nire galburudun artile zuri beltza ebaki behar dut. Hurrengo egunetan berri gehiago, ondo izan!

So my Unique jacket is in progress, now I´m going to cut my black and white chevron wool. The following days I give you more information about the jacket, have a nice week!

To dye or not to dye!

Orain dela pare bat hilabete Katek bere blogean zozketatzen zuen opari harrigarria irabazi nuen. Oparia ehuna tindatzeko produktu naturalak ziren. Gauzak tindatzea kontu handiz egin beharreko asuntoa da, ez da batere erreza eta gauza asko kontutan izan behar dituzu. Abuztuan denbora librea izan dudanez eta josteko gogo handirik ez neukanez Katek bidalitako gauzekin esperimentuak egin ditut, egia esan desastre txikitxo bat izan da, baina oso ondo pasatu nuen dena prestatzen eta azken finean gauzekin dibertitzea izaten da asuntoa ezta?

A couple of months ago I won a giveaway hosted by Kate from Harmony and Rosie. She sent me a package full of stuff for dyeing in a natural way. To dye stuff is a delicated business, it isn´t easy and you have to think in many things. I had enough time in August to make a test, and I have to tell you that it was a small disaster! But finally I enjoyed testing, so this is the important thing, isn´t it?

Beno ba hor doa nire lehenengo esperimentua: ehun bat tindatu.

Desert black erabili nuen kotoizko ehuna tindatzeko. Eginbeharretan lehena ehuna garbitzea da, argibideetan jarritakoa jarraitu nuen, baina noski produkturen bat faltan neukan eta nik uste erdiporrotaren arrazoi bat hori izan dela.

Tindatzeko orduan, gauzak apurtxo bat konplikatu nituen. Lapikora zuzenean sartu beharrean, ehunari kordela erabiliz, harritxoak jarri nizkion olatu forma bat irudikatuz.

I chose Desert black colour to dye. First I had to wash my fabric, in the instructions, there were many steps and I forgot something, because I had not the necessary product, so I think that my error began here. 

I complicated the instructions, because I put small rocks with rope in the cotton to create drawings. The rocks were around a wave form.

Ai ene! Desert black izan beharrean Desert grey da! Kar, kar, kar... desastretxoa! Baina lasai ze Masustak Eguzkitanen ez da ezer desaprobetxatzen eta hurrengo sarreran erakutsiko dizuet zer egin nuen ehun tindatu honekin, proiektu polita baita azkenean!

Oh my goodness! It wasn´t Desert black, it was Desert grey! Ha, ha, ha...disaster! But take it easy, because in Masustak Eguzkitan all the projects have many lifes and finally this fabric was used for a project. I´ll show you next time, what I did!

Nire bigarren esperimentua: alpargatak tindatu egurrezko bloketxoarekin.

My second project: to dye espadrilles with the wooden block.

Katen erregaluen artean, egurrezko bloketxoa zegoen. Bloketxo honekin paperean edo ehunetan marrazkiak egin ditzakezu. Nik alpargata beltz batzuk hartu nituen eta margo gorriarekin marraztu nituen. Ea zer iruditzen zaizuen!

Kate sent me a wooden block to dye paper or fabric. I had a pair of bored black espadrilles and I have transformed them with red colour.
