ME-MADE-MAY upcycled t-shirt

Kaixo guztioi! Azken aldian lana dala eta ez dala eta beste hainbat ekintza eta paradarekin oso lanpetuta nago... oporrak behar ditudalakoan nago! Me-Made-May´12 lehiaketa egingo nuela esan nuenean ez nuen uste argazkiak atera eta outfit desberdinak pentsatzea hainbesteko lana izango zenik. Datorren urterako argazkiak ateratzeko plan hobeago bat behar dut, goizero etxetik atera baino lehenago atera edo horrelako zerbait.

Hi everybody! Lately, I feel busy...my job, my weekends´ plans, my sewing hours...I want to be on holidays! When I signed up as participant of Me-Made-May, I didn´t hope all this activity. For the next year, I´ll need a better plan to take pictures, for example when I wake up early in the morning or I don´t know...

Bueno nire kexu eta ardurak alde batera utzita azken proiektua erakutsiko dizuet. Erropa zaharrei bizitza berri bat ematea dakizuen bezala asko gustatzen zait, sormen handiko ekintza izatetik aparte, birziklaketa ariketa bat bada ere. Blog askotan ikusiak nituen kamisetak erabiliz, lepoko txirikordak egiten zituztela, oso erraza eta jazteko ederra geratzen denez, nik ere nire txirikorda birziklatua egin dut!

Apart from my complaints and my worries, today I have a new project. I love to refashion stuff, for me this kind of projects are full of creativity and they are a good way to recycle. I read in many blogs posts about up cycled T-shirts to create Braided scarfs. It´s a quick project with a lovely result, so I made my own braided scarf.

Kamiseta zahar bat hartu dut eta astiro-astiro guraizeekin ebakitzen joan naiz.

Take an old t-shirt and I cut it slowly with scissors.

Guztia ebakita dagoenean, kamiseta tira luze horri tentsioa eman behar diogu, hasieratik bukaeraraino beragandik tiratuz.

When you have all the t-shirt cut, you have to give stress to the strip, stretching it.

Orduan korda birziklatua hiru zatitan banandu eta txirikorda egiten hasten gara. Ikusten duzuen bezalaxe telebista aurrean sofan gustora eserita egin dezakezue ;-)

Then you cut the strip is three parts and you have to start with the braid. You make it watching television, laying on the sofa ;-)

Txirikorda nahi duzuenean amaitu eta zuen lepokoa sortzea baino ez zaizue geratzen. Horrela geratu da nirea, zer iruditzen zaizue?
